Savannah Historic Home Sweepstakes – Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per contestant. Open to legal residents who own a historic residential property located within qualifying Savannah-area historic districts or surrounding eligible neighborhoods. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and the owner of the property.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive up to $20,000 in historic window restoration services provided by Austin Historical. Restoration scope will be determined by Austin Historical following an on-site evaluation and must be completed within twelve (12) months of award. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
All qualified entrants will be eligible to receive a historic window and door energy audit, and there is no obligation to purchase any services.
The winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries and notified by phone or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Austin Historical reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify or cancel the promotion, or substitute prize components of equal value if necessary.
